The Company was incorporated on December 13, 1993, as per constitution of the Companies Act, 1956 at Kolkata, West Bengal. The Company is managed under the stewardship of Sri Dipak K. Mookerjee who is having 28 Years of hands-on experiences in various industries. Mr. Mookerjee is serving in this Industry more than 10 Years.
Division’s Business
The Company is doing business in the following 3 divisions.
1) Container Division
2) Stuffing Division
3) Reefer Division
· According to the demand and to cope up with the latest Technology, we always train our Senior Members for up-gradation of Container Repair Technology. Because we never compromise with the Quality / Technology.
· We understand and respect the International Understanding. We operate on a Single Window System to save the valuable time and botheration.
· It is our motto to serve our Clients with our best means up to their satisfaction.
Stuffing Division
The Company diversified further in the area of stuffing operations 7 years back. In this division, the company takes care the cargo of Exporters / Importers by providing our Covered Godown space (Approx. 25,000 Sq. Ft.) for Stuffing & De-stuffing purposes.
We are proud to state that within these years, the Company has made its position in the market by acquiring the 75% Mica stuffing business out of the total export business through Kolkata Port.
Reefer Division
This division is also developed 6 years back. This division has 6 Nos. Reefer Plugging Points, where at a time we could plug 6 Nos. Reefer Containers of Exporters / Importers. We have also appointed Carrier & Thermo-King Authorised Reefer Technician to monitor continuously the plugged-in Reefer Containers.
We are proud to state that within these last four years, the Company has made its position in the market by acquiring the 95% Shrimp stuffing business out of the total export business through Kolkata Port.

Dipak K. Mookerjee
I possess around 28 years of hands-on experience in the areas of Audit & Accounts, Finance, Administration, Marketing, Concept Selling and export-import, acquired in the course of my association with National & International Companies engaged in various businesses like Trade, Audit, Tea Plantation, Construction, Granite Industry (U.S.A.), Customs
Clearing & Forwarding, Civil Engineering Maintenance Products (SWEPCO, Texas, USA - Self Employed), Customs Bonded Stores, Marine Container Repairing and Marine Container Survey. The exposure afforded me the privilege and this has proved to be invaluable since there is no substitute for hands-on experience.
Presently I am 50 Years old & working as a wholetime Director of Multimode Marine Containers Pvt. Ltd. – Kolkata, since January 1998. The Company is engaged in the Shipping’s allied business sector – like Storage & Handling, repairing of Marine Containers and Stuffing & De-stuffing of Export / Import Cargoes at Kolkata.
Business Overview
Well in terms of business the Company is doing well and making profits. The Company under this present Management has established its niche in the market and has gained a good reputation. That is why the Company has been able to manage the Depot Agency of Interpool (USA).
First of all the Company believes that the best assets are its dedicated employee. Because it is a teamwork and without them the goal is never achievable. The productivity comes through them only. As such our best efficiency depends on our sincere dedicated employees.
The Company is pleased to state that right from the management stuff to the lower division a good harmony is established, rather it is a brotherly hood relationship which is very much required to maintain at this critical political situations, exist in India. Hence the Company enjoys its strength on the performance sector by boosting the morale of the employee. And finally the Company
enjoys its strength to work beyond stipulated hours in case of emergency and the entire employee at that hours are dedicated to completion of the work.

Diversification
The Company is constantly thinking to add or diversify its activities. In the year of 2001, as a part of our diversification plan we have started this Survey-Division Company under the name & style “Atlantis Surveyors Pvt. Ltd.” To conduct Marine Container, Cargo and Insurance Survey work. This Survey Division has well established its niche and gained its reputation in the market.
Presently the Company is planning to diversify further in the Shipping Industry with the support of its established Exporter / Importer.
